Silvana has casted and produced many shows for MTV, Telemundo & ABC and has included Latino talent in all of her projects- projecting them in a positive light. She is also founder of Quinces con Causa, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing low-income girls in Latin America and the United States the opportunity to celebrate their Quinces. Her career trajectory was recently featured on NBC and Telemundo.
