Ella Gaumer Vieira

Ella Vieira spent most of her professional career to date at Company 3/Method Inc, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. Company 3/Method Inc is a comprehensive postproduction company for features, episodics, commercials and music videos that is known for its creative color and visual effects artistry, pioneering technology, and global reach. In the 18 years at Company 3/Method, she served in various operational and financial management positions, and was instrumental in the business processes and structural re-alignments involved in building the organization. Her professional expertise extends to operational management, sales & business strategies, mergers & acquisitions, budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and financial modeling.
Prior to joining Company 3/Method, she earned an MBA at Baylor University, her BA in Psychology at the University of California, Riverside, and served as a senior financial analyst in the Home Entertainment Group of Metro Goldwyn Mayer.

In tandem with her professional career, Ella has also been a long-time volunteer for Kappa Kappa Gamma, a women’s fraternal organization. She has served through numerous roles, including leadership positions at both the local and national levels.
