Each quarter we host a Mastermind Session with one of our fabulous Board Members! The session allows you to ask or talk about anything you'd like with one of our Directors. It is also an opportunity to connect with other SoS Members in a smaller setting!    

Spring Quarter features Taryn Reed, Executive Coach & Consultant. Taryn is an Executive Coach and Consultant who specializes in effective communication, relationship building, and leadership style. She works behind the scenes supporting leaders at some of the world’s most successful companies including Google, Salesforce, and Adobe. Prior to her work as a consultant, Taryn spent close to a decade at Aflac creating and streamlining organizational processes, coaching and developing employees, and leading a strategic sales team. Taryn received her M.A. in Organizational Leadership & Learning from the George Washington University. Her graduate studies focused on women in leadership, humanistic leadership, and DEI in the workplace. She received her B.A. in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
