Although she didn't have a cape, Lois Lane was one of my fave comic book heroes.
I wrote this tribute to her about two years ago and it still holds true.
As we get ready for the upcoming SOS event, I have been ruminating about the fact that not all superheroes can fly, climb buildings, or make themselves invisible.
Many of us have simple innate powers that help us navigate our work and personal lives.
Perhaps you're a great listener. Or, you can make spreadsheets rapidly in a single bound. Maybe you are great at a sport. Superpowers don't need to be epic. They can be simple skills that make the planet a little better.
So, here's to Lois and superwomen everywhere -- with and without capes!
