Mentorship Agreement

I will attend all calls and 1-on-1’s scheduled with my Mentor as they are mandatory.

I agree to follow the instructions and guidelines set forth by the Mentorship Program.

I respect my mentor and my Cohorts time and will be punctual with my attendance 

I understand the relationship between my mentor and me is professional in nature and that our communications must remain confidential.

I acknowledge that the views, opinions, guidance, and remarks of my mentor are personal and may not reflect the views, opinions, guidance, or remarks of the Society of Saleswomen (SoS) or any other professional association.

I promise to abide by this agreement adopted by the SoS Mentorship Program. If I fail to adhere to this agreement, I understand and agree that my mentoring relationship may be terminated, and I may be removed from the program.

I approve of using my name/likeness/photo for Mentorship Program recognition and marketing purposes.
